Moorefield Gaa underage hurling would like to thank the primary schools that took part in our first u13 hurling blitz.
The schools were;
St Patricks, Newbridge
Scoil Mhuire, Newbridge x 2
Patricians, Newbridge
St Brigids, Kildare Town
Geal Scoil, Cill Dara x 2
It was hugely successful and enjoyable event with good hurling played. 84 children played in this blitz today!
The final was a close and exciting game between Patricians and St Brigids. St Brigids won with a goal in the last moments of the game, congratulations and well done and hard luck to Patricians.
If any of the boys or girls that played today don’t have a club, we hope to see you in Moorefield early next year.
