Well done to the u8 hurling team who recently played Two Mile House in Moorefield. The match was very competitive but played in good spirits, with both excellent ground and aerial skills on display throughout the match. Achadh Mhórdha Abú!
Our Under-8 hurlers had a great game against Coill Dubh on Sunday 7th May. There was improvement made all round with some great skills on display. Look forward to seeing everyone at training on Monday, 6.30-7.30pm.
Wednesday 21st June
Well done to our Under-8 hurlers on a brilliant TEAM performance against Twomilehouse. The defence were under pressure for long periods in the match but held out with the whole team working very hard. Dylan Delmer is missing from the picture but played very well scoring the 2 winning points.
3rd July
Well done to all the boys who played last night against Round Towers. They showed off all the hurling skills they’ve learned to date. This was the last match of the spring league for the U8’s. It was a great performance by both Moorefield teams… Thanks also to the Mams and Dads for bringing the players to training and matches over the course of the spring league. Without your support, the players would not be progressing as well as they are. Training will be as normal on Monday nights at 6.30 p.m. during the summer months.
